Live Up! Workshops & Gatherings

The Live Up! Project provides educators, teachers, program directors, clergy, and group facilitators with a framework that is intentionally designed to help people of all ages form deeper connections and spark more creative problem-solving through the arts, Jewish rituals, and play.

Welcome to the Live Up Playground!

✨ Join me and fellow “explorers” for a 60-minute free online session introducing “Playful Mindfulness”—a practice for mental health providers, group facilitators, educators, and coaches who want to invite curiosity and trash effort.

In this interactive session, I’ll share simple tools to bring creativity and mindfulness into your practice, fostering deeper connection with yourself and others.💫

As Matt Richtel says, there’s an “inner pandemic”—anxiety—many of us are navigating right now. Creativity is a powerful way out of this spiral. But it’s not about being a skilled artist—it’s about the act of making something that allows us to enjoy, flow, and be fully present. 🌱

In this session, we’ll trash effort and let go of striving. It’s about being curious and embracing the adventure of the moment. Through this process, we create space for hope, joy, and healing.

Ready to get playful and curious? 🌟
